1. Local Pickup in Douglas County

If you’re in Douglas County and prefer to pick up your order in person, simply select “Direct Pickup” during checkout. Once your order is ready, you can pick it up at the following location:

634 SE Cass Ave. Roseburg, OR

Note: This location is hosted by Ami Japanese Restaurant, where Market Ami is currently supported as a pop-up store. You can collect your order during the restaurant’s business hours.

2. Shipping

• Pre-made Products: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
• Custom Orders: Allow up to 15 days for delivery to accommodate production time.

Shipping Costs:

• Free shipping on orders over $65
• A flat rate of $6.99 for orders under $65

Standard Shipping: Expect your package within 5-7 days, complete with a tracking number.
